Beginner Yoga sequence + guided meditation

The video follow along provides modifications to make the poses accessible for most people and progressions for those who wish to deepen their practice. The sequence is 20 minutes of physical postures followed by a 10 minute guided laying meditation. Get into a sate of deep relaxation, activating the parasympathetic nervous system which is essential for allowing the body to rest and recover.
